Pennsylvania Mom Guilty in Post-Party Accident That Kills Teens She Served
J.P. helped prepare ice for kegs and talked with teens drinking at a party in her Pennsylvania home. After the kids left the party, three of them died in a car accident. The driver subsequently was found to have a 0.2 percent blood-alcohol content. Mrs. P. was convicted on a felony manslaughter charge and sentenced to 12 to 54 months in jail for her part in the accident.
